PROJECTS

We’ve identified more than twelve future locations in the United States, Middle East region and two in East & South East Africa.

Focus has been given to those markets which have major international airlines and that have considerable flight traffic to the US and European destinations. While this reflects clearly on the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel, it also offers the opportunity to develop “future city critical infrastructure” which will focus directly on human waste and processing it into valuable Green Energy”.

This focus has further advanced our project pipeline aspirations to include markets with significant refinery capacity as we recognise, we add significant value in the drive for ‘decarbonising’ those energy sectors as well as adding major mitigation to the practices of waste landfilling and its impact on the environment and health of those nations.

Windsor Energy & Resources have also been in discussions to accelerate the commercialisation strategy by commissioning a scaled biorefinery reference project in the United Kingdom.

This will generate significant revenues and exposure for the company to the technology adoption.

  • To achieve these goals, we have developed a clear strategic and tactical focus and developed business plan for delivery. We actively growing a commercial customer pipeline following both an increased focus on Sustainable Energy and SAF and with assistance from our developing US relationships.
  • Developing a clear funding framework and clearly defined approach to project ownership values, offtake partnerships and added value-chain revenue drivers.
  • We have also been developing a clear funding framework and clearly defined approach to project ownership values, offtake partnerships and added value-chain revenue drivers. These are providing considerable management value and are being adopted into our ‘investor presentation’ material.
  • Windsor Energy & Resources (WE&R) have agreed to purchase a scaled HTP modular plant, this is currently being costed against an agreed scale and will be entering the scope for the FEED study to be conducted.
  • Development capital is being pursued and offtake agreements are being developed specifically with the product state and on a ‘designer’ basis.
  • This will be WE&R first production unit to be incorporated into its Green Energy Platform model – the utilisation of HTP.

We are in discussions with three consulting engineering groups, to identify the best relationship structure for the development of both FEED studies and subsequent EPC implementation.
