Windsor Energy & Resources is an International Sustainable Energy company and aims to be a major global force in driving the
green energy transition
Our purpose is to turn selected organic waste ‘feedstock’ into green sustainable energy and fuel. WE&R is developing and building a portfolio of projects – Green Energy Platform, encompassing innovative renewables and low-carbon technology process > solutions, with the ambition of becoming a net-zero energy company by 2030.

Our Target: to become a Net-Zero energy and fuel company by 2026, while driving our sustainability focus of organic waste to feedstock value transaction.

Our Mission: we will grow and deliver as a global champion of the green energy transition, developing Green Energy Platform solutions while addressing and utilising organic waste as our principal feedstock.

- Tested on over 100 different wet feedstocks, and demonstrated at commercial scale producing products with high-quality and performance characteristics of existing fossil fuels.
- This patented proprietary IP is protected, is exclusive and builds on a significant research relationship, continuous investment and determination.

Windsor Energy & Resources has now developed the capability to significantly drive the Green Transition in our chosen markets and make a real and accountable difference in the impact of climate change.
Both the issues and the solutions are ‘hiding in plain sight’. The challenge is the speed of change and unlocking the necessary imagination, commitment, capital, and technology. The new realities we are facing are challenges and yet we focus on these as opportunities, we turn them into clean green renewable energy, we remove organic waste from landfills and incineration, we develop fuel feedstocks for conversion to advanced low-carbon fuels – low-carbon and efficient waste value chain feedstocks.
As entrepreneurs we look to drive value creation within our sector, we are results orientated, build trust-based relationships, and continue always with solutions-based approaches. We build and develop scale and capacity in line with demand, and seek to create value for our business, our investors, our partners, and our communities. We achieve this by capturing each project’s greenfield premium with offtake drivers, making long-term commitments with our investors and partners, and via diligent, strong, and empowered cross-functional teams.
Windsor Energy & Resources has an oil and gas heritage and has transitioned to a green energy-focused business model, we support the Paris Agreement and a net-zero future, we are committed to being a Net-Zero company by 2026 or earlier and driving our Green Energy Platform from processing organic waste; let’s not ‘waste’ it!
Executive Management Team
Windsor Energy & Resources is majority owned by the Founding Partners with a proven track record from the energy industry that has an oil and gas upstream and midstream background, with British Petroleum Middle East, Shell Markets and Chevron.
With clearly demonstrated skills and experience in product and fuel refining, marketing, trading, and support engineering, the team has directly managed investment and funding of major multi-million dollar projects with diverse stakeholder participation.
Alongside the Founding Partners, the Group Team are a valued resource and is vested in our transition strategy, the performance and the success of everything we do. Together we have worked extremely hard and invested in becoming a renewable green energy and fuel market pioneer.
